crate and barrel employee discount?

anyone know how much the C&B employee discount is?  i'm thinking of looking for a part time job until i start school and maybe even after and it occured to me that there's a bed we want from C&B...wondering if it might be worth trying to get a job there so we can get it cheaper?  or not really worth the hassle, if it's only like 20%.

My bf is a manager at Pottery Barn and their employees get a 40% discount (this 40% also applies to West Elm and all other subsidiaries of Williams Sonoma Inc.) Employees at Restoration Hardware get 40% off. Therefore I'm pretty certain that C&B would follow the industry standard and give the same. HTH!

Probably C&B will also offer employee discounts in the future. Just check their website now and can't find any info yet regarding the edp.
