see, now I'm confused b/c I just read a whole long article in this month's glamour about how most fish are safe to eat unless you are pregnant or trying to conceive. They specifically said you could eat salmon just about every day if you wanted to. There were only three fish they said to avoid--of course I don't have the mag with me anymore--but tuna wasn't one of them. And they said it's really only an issue if you eat a LOT of fish; 2-3 servings a week was fine.
