after my freakout last week with the scale (or was that this week, gah!) i have been doing SO WELL on my diet.
everyday this week thus far, i have done my Core Secret DVD and i went running 2 times this week. and the week isn't over yet!
also, i reweighed myself today and i am back to where i originally thought i was! so, in combination with eating normally (i usually don't eat during the day - just coffee ) and exercising and its that time of the month and it is almost over- so water weight gone- i am BACK TO NORMAL!
so now i just gotta stick to it and start lowering that number back to what was normal normal before i took this job... which is about 10-12 pounds! i can do it... whoo hoo!
