it's essentially chicken and peanuts in a spicy sauce! mmm!
i've had lots of pad kung pao though - you have to ask for all white meat, and no celery or carrots! (sometimes they try to save money by loading it up with cheap veggies- real kung pao doesn't have any)
this place near my old work makes an amazing veggie orange beef...but at any typical chinese restaurant, usually moo shu vegetables or hunan style bean curd.
I never ever ever know what to order. When we start ordering from a new place I usually have to go to their buffet first so I can see what looks good to me. I order general tso or sweet & sour platter (chicken, shrimp,& pork) to be safe. And please bring me some of those sugar dipped biscuits please.

I love crab puffs! But these can be gross kind of easily, so I only order from the restaurant I go to a lot. Other than that, it's a toss-up between chicken chow mein and beef with broccoli.

shrimp fried rice. the place i order from does peas and carrots and spouts in it and it is yummy.
Also wonton soup (so yummy and 2 WW points!!)
sweet and sour pork and then my place has this thing called the return of the phoenix its chicken with a dark thick sauce (reminds me of BBQ sauce) and its delicious. it has ginger in it.
I love General Tso's Chicken or Shrimp. I also love Hunan shrimp. Peking Duck but only ordering at Peking Gourment Inn (George Bush Sr. Loved this place they had to put bullet proof glass in).
I also love orange beef from this one place that included truffles in with the beef!
