Philosophy Purity is the best...it doesn't have any fancy stuff in it so that you can build a skincare routine around it. Also, I agree with laken1...don't forget moisturizer and sunscreen during the day!
I use Origins Checks and Balances. I had a roomie who worked for them, so she got me hooked on several of their products. I use their masks, too. Clear Improvement for zitty days and Drink Up for dry days.

Kel - I don't know if it actually reduces redness (it is supposed to) but it does seem to calm my skin, or should I say, it doesn't irritate it like some cleansers. I really love it becasue it's a very gentle cleanser but it also seems to actually get my skin clean. One thing though, my Mom used it and thought it was drying. I have pretty oily skin so I didn't really notice but if you have dry skin you might want to skip this one.
Right now I use Mario Badescu Enzyme cleansing gel at night and MB Seaweed cleansing soap in the morning. I also use the MB seaweed cleansing lotion, then moisturize with MB control cream at night and MB aloe moisturizer spf 15 in the morning. I like both cleansers--both are gentle and don't dry out my skin.
For dry skin I cannot reccommend Purity and Hope in a Jar enough! I can't use them anymore because I have acne issues, but when I was on Accutane I used that stuff and my doctor was shocked because I didn't have the typical face of someone on Accutane. She said she had never seen someone with such nice skin while on that drug. Usually, on Accutane you get a nasty waxy face, and your skin is peeling and flaking constantly from over-drying. Purity and Hope in a Jar really saved me. I still use Hope in a Jar on my hands, elbows, knees, and legs sometimes when it's really cold and dry outside.
