It is very snowy and very cold here today - lots of tea for me!
B: Oatmeal, hardboiled egg white, tea
S: Pear, tea
L: Leftover warm black bean, corn, and spinach salad; homemade vegetable soup
S: Apple, tea, piece of dark chocolate
D: Wheat spaghetti w/ chunky tomato sauce, brussel sprouts
E: HIIT & weights tonight
Okay, well this is going to be my first day at Weight Watchers (I go at 12:30!) so let's hope things go well!
B: 2 slices of light, wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons of whipped pb (3 points)
