i was up most of last night and caought this movie on. the description on my guide said it was a movie about a loner girl trying to make some new interesting friends. something like that, so i watched it thinking it would be some gen-x phylosophy on life kind of movie, which i love, and since jeremy sisto is in it i thought it would be a total winner, and it was so not. the girl is really wierd and her only friend is a creepy looking doll and she tries to get with jeremy and all kinds of stuff goes wrong so she goes around cutting people up and taking their body parts to sew together and make the perfect friend. my guide was so missleading. the movie is called "May". so i looked it up on moviefone this morning and this is the cover of the movie. i wish i had seen this before i started watching the movie, i would have at least known what to expect. it starts out all quirky and cute and then goes horribly wrong.
that cover does look creepy. did you watch the whole movie? i have a terribly habit of not being able to turn every bad bad movies off, as a just in case move. like one time i watched angel eyes with jen lopez, the whole way through! terrible movie, but ya just can't turn it off.
i love the part though...about her making new friends. how misleading!

that is exactly what i thought. and the movie starts out not bad. yes i watched the whole thing. i flipped through my guide a couple of times and found my self still just sitting there watching it in the little box in the corner of the screen. the acting is not bad though like the jlo movie.
I actually rented that movie last Halloween. I knew what to expect though, so I guess it isn't so bad. I also love cheesy dumb slasher movies. I do admit, this one was really weird.
