so it's only uphill from here, right?  My bday was yesterday and it was FANTASTIC!  I've heard from many that your 30s will blow your 20s right out of the water.  I'm hoping anyway.  Cheers to me!

Happy Birthday. Your 30's ( I am almost 35) are indeed fabulous. Maybe it is just me but I am enjoying them much more than my 20's. My 20's felt only slightly less unstable than my teens. It seemed when I hit 30 I found a whole new respect for myself and other people. Really. It was like an epiphany. I guess it has to do with maturing, though I still don't feel like an adult

I too am just NOW seeing this post, so Happy 30th b-day, Misty!! I'm 34, but when I turned 30, IT WAS GREAT! I love being in my 30s more so than when I was in my 20s, and I'm SURE you will as well.
