Thanks, guys- When I hit 10lbs I really started to feel lighter- so feeling better already. Aurora, are you on a program, cuting calories, high- protein- what are you doing? I am with you, weekends can be really hard.
lilyann- I'm counting points on WW but we have to order in dinner everyday at work because its our busy season so I have to guess points with that and try to order sensibily but you know its loaded with salt and other junk and I only get to work out 4 days a week so luckily instead of gaining 10-20 like all my coworkers are doing I'm staying the same but its such a struggle. Once April hits things will be better and I'll have time to join a gym and add in weight training.
2 years ago I did WW and lost 25 pounds doing WW 5 days a week and walking everyday so that is what i'm trying to do now but its just not really working. I'm just maintaining. Oh well I'm happy with maintaining right now.

Aurora - Here is a website that has point values for eating out along with general foods too
Aurora- Yes, be extremely happy that you are maintaining! It is something to be proud of! You are eating healthier and excercizing, that takes dedication in itself. When you are ready and able, you will loose what you need to. Think of these small steps that you are now taking as lifelong habits you are incorporating into your life- you can then say, "You know these things I am doing to be healthy are huge!" Like I have posted previously I have been fighting my weight since childhood and have finally in the last four years gotten a grip on what it takes to keep it within the "overweight category", and not the "obese". It is a struggle. I had at my heavest weighed 235lbs- it is very difficult to look at pictures of myself during this time. Food , my weight, my inability to control myself- I felt very defeated. Now, four years later, at 164lbs I feel elated, and hopeful because I can see real progress: mind and body.
Lilyann that is amazing. Keep up the good work. I need to get back on the Weight Watchers train. I started before my trip to Florida, but I haven't been back on. I only gained back two pounds but I still have a bunch of weight to go!!!! Keep up the excellent Work!!!!!
