if you can eat fructose, you can go with fruit. If you can't eat fructose either, most vegetables should be fine, except than the very starchy ones: potatoes squash and relatives. as for drinks, you can have herbal teas, like chamomille or other stuff; they have them at most supermarkets, check that they say "caffeine free" you can probably eat cheese and fish too.
