I am starting this post b/c even though i completely fell off the wagon last week- i am committed to getting back on again!
Saturday: e: walked/ran (more walk than run) 1 mile on track
b: hot darjeeling tea with orange blossom honey, banana with low fat peanut butter
snack: orange
l: soft taco and water
d: grilled chicken, mixed veggies and some mashed potatoes with water to drink. oh! and 2 bites of brownie with ice cream ----> was doing well until BF pulled out a bag of bite size rollos that he got. i had about 10 of them!!!!!!!!! eek!!!!
SUNDAY
b: darjeeling tea with orange blossom honey, apple & cinnamon oatmeal
s: 10 more mini rollos... why in the hell did he buy those???? grrrr
