My sister got a Dell DJ for Christmas (like an iPod) which supposedly came with a free month of Napster.  She downloaded a bunch of songs under the pretense of getting them for free.  Well, apparently my mom got charged for them all (about $25 so not too bad I guess).  She talked to the CS rep and he said my sister had been pressing the wrong button or something .  The DJ did not come with directions for Napster, just a card with the 1 month free deal and no instructions on the card.  Anyway, he offered us 10 more free songs but we still have to pay for all the other songs.  I'm wondering if they do this to everyone and say that you have to press some hidden button to redeem their offer.
