Oh I was planning to be so good today when I left home. Then I got to work and everyone wanted to order mexican. So there went the diet and healthy eating. Plus we didn't get our food till 1 so I was starving.
B: lowfat bagel with 2 tsp cream cheese (4 pts)
S: blackberries (0 pts)
S: Luna bar (3 pts)
L: chips, nachos, 2 soft tacos, creamy jalepeno dip (ranch and jalepenos pureed in it)
S: some more chips
D: if I am hungry (hopefully I won't be) left over shrimp fried rice (8pts)
So if we take out the lunch I've only eaten 15 points today
L: Here's where I screwed up. We had a boxed lunch at work and I had a tuna salad sandwich on wheat, potato chips, a Coke, and a big chocolate chip cookie. Oops
D: Glass of wine, Tex Mex chilli macaroni "stoup" and 1/2 a double decker quesadilla. The chili/macaroni/"stoup" had lean ground beef, onion, garlic, canned tomato, cumin, jalapeno, bell pepper, celery, chicken broth, and a dollop of sour cream on top. The double decker quesadillas consisted of the following: a tortilla, cheddar cheese, another tortilla, pepper jack cheese, another tortilla, and salsa. Good, but not good for you.
