Ok not sure if this should be in this section or Entertainment but I thought this would be fun.
I run for 30 minutes on the treadmill and thought it would be cool to time that to music. Is this making sense. So thought it would be cool if we all posted what we would put on our ipod for a 30 min workout plus warm up and cool down so approx 40 min in total. Anyone else want to play? I usually try to do an hour of cardio (including warm up and cool down), and I usually time it to music too.
I have been making up spinning rides for myself lately because my knee has been giving me issues, where I just go into an empty spinning studio or use a bike the gym has set up in the cardio area. This was the last one I did.
