D: Turkey Chili
E: 1 hour and 15 minutes of cardio
B: coffee, 1/2 cut life cereal (dry) (.5 points)
L: healthy whole wheat bread (10 grams of fiber!), with turkey, swiss, sprouts, and mustard, (5 points) and a tangerine (.5 points)
S: ginerbread cookie (2 points)
D: going out with a friend, but we both want something light. Maybe salad from cpk. eta- got a small waldorf chicken salad and a cup of tortilla soup.
B: 2 slices light wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)
L: 1.25 cups coconut rice (light coconut, made it myself last night) (6 points); stir-fry veggies (0 points); teriyaki stir-fry sauce (1 point)
S: 1 small banana (1 point); 1 small apple (1 point); 1 cup cheerios (2 points)
D: taco bell but i'll be in a huge hurry. i'll get 2 tostadas, fresco style (6 points)
E: I forgot to add this! Day 3, Week 3 of Couch to 5k. Day 1 was hard, Day 2 was a breeze, so we'll see how Day 3 goes.
