Ugh! I just ate the biggest grilled cheese sandwich. It was so yummy, but now it is weighing me down big time. All the cheese and bread is making me feel ooooogy.
ick, even though it sounds sooo good and now I am craving one, maybe try drinking some cold water and brushing your teeth. If you feel fresher maybe you won't feel so...oooogy!
so sorry - i have been doing WW grilled cheese - it's so not the same,but still. You take 2 slices of white 35 bread, spray it with butter spray & I put 2% cheese on each one, melt it in the microwave for 20 seconds. 3 WW (aren't you doing WW too?) & it feels like i'm eating something bad

Don't worry luckylily, you're still doing great! And more importantly, don't get into that mode of thinking "well...I've already screwed up today. Let's just keep going!" like I do sometimes. If I eat something I know I shouldn't then I somehow see the whole day as being shot (which it isn't) and use it as an excuse to eat poorly the rest of the day. So don't get sucked into that train of thought! Go for a walk, eat a healthy dinner, and remember how bad you feel when you eat crappy.
