L: Baked Potato with light ranch dressing and some chicken strips for protein and a cookie (I wanted a stiff drink, but I had to make do with a butter cookie)
b & l: bad i know Starbucks non-fat caramel macchiato and a banana nut muffin
d: applebee's oriental chicken salad wrap and mixed veggies with iced tea
e: 40 min ITrain treadmill workout and 10 mins of the ITrain Yoga workout to stretch out (thanks hotcocoa for posting about this! i'm excited to try it out!)
L: Leftover pumpkin pasta with sausage and mushrooms (so freaking good--I'll post the recipe sometime soon) and 2 more cookies ()
S: Yogurt, a few baby carrots and hummus
D: Flounder with some sort of side salad, glass of wine because today has been loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong!<--Okay, so the flounder was bad or something was wrong with it cuz when DH cooked it, it ended up like a big pile of mush. So we just ate potatoes and a salad instead. No wine because I want to enjoy wine while I'm in a good mood, which unfortunately, I am not tonight. Stupid work.
E: arm weights, situps, 15 minute walk during my lunch break
