Ok ladies time for week 2 weigh in! I weigh in tomorrow so I'll check back in then with my stats!
Quote of the week
A vigorous five-mile walk will do more good for an unhappy but otherwise healthy adult than all the medicine and psychology in the world. - Paul Dudley White
I hope you all did fabulously and if you didn't remember no punishing yourself just get back on track this week!

I didn't do so well this weekend. A nice little trip to Burger King and an antipasto dinner were NOT among my best ideas. At least now I know where this weight came from in the first place!
I did well the rest of the week though, and I'm going for a walk right now during my lunch break even though it's disgusting outside, so hopefully the damage will be minimal.
I weighed in this morning with a whopping .6 loss lol. So now I weigh 152 and 22 lbs away from my goal of 130.-- Edited by needsfashionadvice at 11:56, 2006-01-23
Any weight loss is good weight loss more than 1/2 a pound is great!

I didn't do so hot this week - not drinking my water like I should so I'm kind of nervous about weigh in tomorrow night. We'll see!
needsfashionadvice, I was told that .2 lbs is a stick of butter, so visualize that x3 - that's great! I like to think of it that way - # of sticks of butter i lost!

I weighed myself this morning and didn't lose ANYTHING. I radically changed my diet and watched portion controls, I'm really sad. I only did cardio twice this last week, and strength training five times, so I'm definately going to concentrate on my cardio this week. I'm hoping that since it's that time of the month for me it bloated me up two lbs...meaning I really did lose weight and my period is trying to trick me!
PS~ I think this is such a good idea though, it has really forced me to look at my lifestyle and see the changes not only in my diet, but in my general life as well. Such a revolution!!
Ugh I am up one pound but I didn't count points and only worked out twice last week. And drank my body weight in ounces of alcohol both friday and saturday night (damn busy season stress) so I guess I can't wonder why I gained weight.
But this week I have been successful in staying under my points yesterday and exercising. Today I am exercising no matter what and I think I will be at my points today too which is good. I really think I can do this if I try.
Obstacles this week: Yet again eating early enough at night and then exercising when I get home at 9/10.

I was on travel this past week and managed to gain back the 2 pounds I lost last week. Its amazing how you work so hard to lose weight and you can gain it back so easily. I need to get back on track now that I'm at home and can eat healthy.
