I just caught up on my Tivo and watched Tuesday's Gilmore Girls - anyone watch? Thoughts?? I think that Lorelei and Luke are headed for trouble - why on earth does he want to push off the wedding? Poor Lorelei. Oh and Rory is so going to cave and take back Logan
I missed it and forgot to tivo, but got the recap from my friend.
I hate Luke right now. Seiously, who the hell finds out they have a what, 12 year old kid?, and wants to be all part of their life now? No. You have your own life. Marry Lorelai and make more kids- let this one go.
And putting off the wedding just because of it? Ew. Wtf? Oh I have a kid, I can't marry you now? Even though you JUST planned the whole thing? If I was Lor I would have punched him in the face.
I want Rory and Logan together. I love him! Yeah, maybe they're not the best for each other, but I don't want him off the show!
ILoveChoo - I hate Luke right now too. Why can't he get married to the woman he's been w/all this time because all of a sudden he decides to be a part of this kid's life. He's being a jerk. She looked like she wanted to cry when he told he he wanted to push the wedding off - poor thing. I wonder if they will call the whole wedding off?
i don't thing the show is going to last much longer. i think that next season is going to be the last season. and i do think that luke and lorelaia are headed for trouble, but in the end they will end up married. i think when they end the show she will be prego.
i am glad that luke did not ignore the fact that he has a kid though. i think i would have hated him a lot more if he had. but him and lorelai have been together for so long now and they are going to continue to be together, what difference does having a daughter make with them getting married?
i was super mad at him for keeping april a secret after he gave her all that crap about keeping christopher's phone call a secret when she hadn't even kept it a secret. they just need to hurry up and get married and get her prego. that would be such a good story line on this show.

I totally agree. I would have been super pissed if Luke had ignored the kid. He always seems like a nice guy and I don't think it would be in his nature to just ignore something that huge.
I actually do understand that he was freaked out and waited a bit to tell Lorelai. However, I really thought it was lame that he postponed the wedding. Especially when it was so obvious that she didn't want to postpone.
I really don't want Rory to get back together with Logan. And, I hate the Paris at the newspaper storyline.

i totaly agree. i hate logan. i think if they get back together he will just break her heart even worse. he used to be so cool. this season he is different that he was when he first started on the show. i don't like him. and i want to know what was in that letter lorelai wrote for rorie. it has been bugging me. does anyone have any ideas?
I wish someone would fish this show out of the crapper! I'm so bored with it. But of course I keep watching. I can't even think of anything to say about the past two episodes. Oh except I think Lorelai's wedding dress looked terrible!

Exactly- I know Lorelai's style is sometimes a little different, but it's usually not bad, but I kept thinking, "you can't seriously like that dress, right?" It was horrible.
I agree with everyone, I find this season to be a little boring. They just seem off. I do not want Logan and Rory to get back together, rather I think it will be funny if she played him. I thought that was so wrong of Luke to Postpone the wedding. It is like you finally get her to set a date, now you want to prolong it. Stupid Idoit.
Oh also, I think the letter just said little things, like make him think you are reading something more important than him standing right in front of you. etc...
