just a quick vent...i hate how the customer service people make you be a bitch in order to get anything!

i was looking to renew my gym membership which expires on saturday and get a price quote for my dad for the price of my membership, my sisters, and my brothers (my dad's mid-life crisis was fitness, so he's more than willing to shell out the money for our gym memberships).  count that...THREE memberships.  alll i was looking for was an amount to write a check out for... 

well somehow things got messed up and they showed that i had a balance of $126.  WTF!!  so of course i wanted to contest it. 

i call to give them money, and they make me be a complete bitch in order to get a fee waived that shouldn't have been there.  i was nice at first but then they put me on hold for 15 minutes (i hung up after 15 minutes), and tried to give me the run around. 

why can't c.s. just look into things before accusing, then maybe we won't be such brats on the phone!!!
