well somehow things got messed up and they showed that i had a balance of $126. WTF!! so of course i wanted to contest it.
i call to give them money, and they make me be a complete bitch in order to get a fee waived that shouldn't have been there. i was nice at first but then they put me on hold for 15 minutes (i hung up after 15 minutes), and tried to give me the run around.
why can't c.s. just look into things before accusing, then maybe we won't be such brats on the phone!!!
