L: 2 cups w/w pasta (6 points); 1 cup tomato sauce with veggies (1 point); green beans (0 points)
S: orange (1 point); apple (1 point); banana (1 point) - all over the course of the afternoon
D: dinner at friends. her menu: baked brie and brushetta for starters, salad for dinner, and light ice cream for dessert. i'm skeptical and a bit frightened. this friend is always trying to be healthy but somehow has no clue whatsoever how to go about it.
E: going to try to get in Day 2 of Week 3 of Couch to 5k today, since I didn't get it in yesterday. (I'm a loser. But in my defense I have a cold and yesterday was icky.) Today I have no excuses. I think.
I'm feeling snacky today & my DH is going to hooters after work, so i doubt I eat a square meal today! Plus i'm making those ridiculous good choc muffins that alb posted so I'm sure I'll eat about a dozen of them!
