L: Ummmmm....Grande skim Chai, madeline cookies from Fourbucks
S: A few olives, some bread my husband made w/ hummus, a beer
D: An AWESOME Chinese chicken salad that hubby made. Seriously, amazing. It had lettuce, endive, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, chicken, mandarin oranges, little crispy noodle thingies and a lime/ginger vinaigrette. And a glass of pinot.
E: Going to lift weights at home and walk<--Ummm...yeah, due to the beer this didn't happen.
B: cereal (Lucky Charms) & milk - 3 pts L: sandwich - 4 pts s: 100 cal pack cheez-it - 2 pts s: apple turnover yogurt - 2 pts (hubby is home - why does that make me hungrier???)
