Hi, I'm such a total food lover. There are various foods that I cannot get enough of. Which can't you live without? Mine: Chocolate. Avocado. Mexican Food. Italian Food. Cheese. Hot brownie with vanilla icecream on top. That's all I can think of right now.
everything you just said minus the avocado. Hot brownie with ice cream is my absolute fav dessert!! I love Mexican and Italian. Ugh... this south beach diet is killing me!!
Oh, and I love bread- any type!!

Burritos and cheese. I really like anything involving cheese. Grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, cheese pizza. I also love good soups. I like desserts a lot too, but there aren't any specific ones I couldn't live without.
I am also a cheeseoholic- I eat it every day- even though I know I shouldnt because of the fat content. I also love pasta, pizza, chocolate, and crusty frech bread!! No wonder Im on Weight Watchers!!!
my tastes run towards asian..i would seriously not know what to eat if i couldn't eat some form of asian food (including indian!):
fresh spring rolls (the non fried kind with sticky rice paper)
noodle soup (i really don't know the name of this soup, but it comes from my favorite place in the whole wide world), with seafood or duck or pork or whatever. it's the best, and only for five dollars!
sushi, any kind, with lots of wasabi
miso soup, plain plain miso.
samosas
this yummy pea, potato, and curry dish my bf and i make. it's so good and doesn't get boring ever.

mmmm i worship the avocado. i could eat it with anything and everything. club sandwiches, steak tacos, guacamole mmm. i also love love love mexican food. i dont think there is any other food that i crave more often.
I eat pasta with sauce probably 4-5 nights a week. I LOVE it. Also, chocolate. Any kind will do, really. As far as the healthy stuff, lower-sugar brown sugar oatmeal, luna bars, and natural applesauce.
skim milk (when i was pregnant, i drank 2-3 gallons a week. i've cut back considerably since then but it still tops my list)
Garden Fresh brand blue tortilla chips and their thick and chunky salsa (this combo is my weakness — if it's in the house, it won't be for long... i'll eat it all!)
mango (favorite fruit ever)
coconut ice cream
bread from Zingerman's smothered in butter
parmesan-reggiano cheese, almonds, granny smith apples and a slice of deli turkey (my favorite everyday snack)
Chocolate...I'll eat any, but I have a particular weakness for truffles, Godiva especially but I love Lindt too.
Sushi
Avocado/guacamole anything...but especially Seven Layer Dip
Green Mangoes (it's a certain species not available in the US): they're mangoes that are crispier and less sweet...they are so effervescent like apples but with a far more satisfying crunch.
Mexican food. I used to eat a combo platter with a beef taco, cheese enchilada, beans and rice as a snack when I was in high school. To this day it's the first thing I do when I land in San Diego.
Cheese, like a lot of you girls
Coke. I love it, but I'm trying to cut back to once a week or so
Pasta
Cheeseburgers
There are a lot of other foods that I love, but so many of them are kind of season-dependent, like beef stew--such a great winter meal.
Hm. I think it's because I've been craving these, but it's probably rather telling that they're at the top of my list:
- Reese's peanut butter cups. The big ones or the bite sized ones; I don't care. I am not even a fan of peanut butter on its own, but I LOVE these candy bars.
- A good steak. I don't have it all that often, but anytime I get to pick the dinner restaurant, I'll always default to a great steak place.
- Strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. My all-time favorite fruits.
- Vanilla shakes. Again - rarely have them, but a good, old-fashioned vanilla shake is SO yummy, esp. on a hot summer day.
- Pasta. I don't need anything fancy, just noodles and some red sauce. It's comfort food.
- Bread and butter. I looooove warm bread and soft, melted butter. Heaven!

really I love all food - it's so hard to pick! if I had to hone it down, I would also say salmon, squash, broccoli, asparagus, sweet potatoes, blueberries, apples, oranges, bananas, almonds, black olives - see that's a pretty good diet...
I get the occasional craving for a rare filet with tons of bernaise sauce, or redcoat tavern burgers and onion rings, and buffalo wings with tons of blue cheese dressing and celery - and probably my most ordered meal - a cobb salad... OH and I love the udon noodle soup at little tree sushi... oh and the goatcheese, mushroom, and red pepper pizza at Bastone's....

1. PIZZA! I must have it at least once a week and I am a cheap date because my favorite is Dominos. (but I will eat and love any kind you put in front of me!) I am very strange because I either like plain cheese or mushrooms and pineapple. Strange combo, I know.
2. Pasta!! I love fettuchini alfredo and any kind of pasta with seafood or mushrooms in it. I also have an obsession with Pasta Roni Tomato Basil Angel Hair pasta in a box. It's perfect for a 1 person dinner so whenever I know DH won't be home for dinner I crave it. It's sad, it's like $2 a box so I stock up for when I get to eat alone.
3. Cereal, I eat it for dessert sometimes. Right now I am on a Honey Nut Cheerios kick. I just find that in a big bowl with milk so refreshing!
4. Chocolate. Any kind. I love chocolate so much!!
5. Random things: Jack Daniels shrimp from Fridays, Onion rings with ranch dressing, Mexican Pizzas from Taco Bell, Bacon Egg and cheese buiscits from McDonalds.
So all that being said, good luck to my wieght loss goals this year!
