I lost two lbs this past week! I've been trying to tone and define by eating more lean protein and upping the cardio, along with my weights and resistance, and I have lost 2 lbs.
How's everyone else doing?
Pre E Snack: String Cheese and Veggies
Breakfast: Old Fashioned Oatmeal with protein powder and flax seeds, with some berries mixed in.
S: Yogurt and Almonds
L: Grilled Chicken and green salad
S: Slice of Roast Beef and Orange
D: Eating out
E: 1 hour with trainer and 1 hour fencing.
ETA Sunday:
B: Oatmeal with PB
S: almonds and yogurt
L: Turkey Chili
S: Peanut Butter Sandwich
D: Grilled Lemongrass chicken over rice vermicelli, fresh veggies, and fish sauce
Hmm...I fully intended to take a walk today, but that just didn't happen. I did start prepping the guest room to paint it tomorrow, so it wasn't like I sat on my ass all day (which is my usual Saturday routine. ) Anyway. Tomorrow I'm taking a walk.
B: Steel cut oats, orange juice, green tea
L: A tuna melt on a tortilla, baby carrots, hummus
S: A beer while watching Brokeback Mountain
D: Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, salad, red wine. Dessert will be a few Fig Newtons
