i need a new microbermabrasion kit. i have been using the neutragena one. i ran out about a week and a half ago and haven't gotten to the store to get more. well, i have acne prone skin and i get breakouts of tiny little bumps along with pimples. i thought they were just from my skin being acne prone, but since i ran out of the neutragena, they have gone away completely and i think it may have some thing to do with the neutragena.
so now i am hunting for a new microdermabrasion kit and would like some suggestions. and if anyone else has been using the neutragena kit, would please tell me if you have had a problem with breakouts or if you think it may not be the kit that is making my skin break out. sorry i am so needy about this, but i am a little frustrated with all this right now. tia!!!!!
haven't tried the Neutrogena, but I really like philosophy's, and I have the Oil of Olay one that is pretty much an exact copy of the philosophy version.

Actually, I read (on Makeupalley, I think) that the microdermabrasion kits have caused a lot of people with acne prone skin to break out. Have you tried reading reviews of different microdermabrasion kits there?

It's a site that reviews basically every beauty product you could ever think of. You have to sign up for an account to view the reviews, but it's totally worth it!

I agree, I don't think microderabrasion is good for acne prone skin. A better alternative may be philosophy's oxygen peel.
