How's everyone this Thursday? Was a little late leaving the house this morning, so I had to cut my workout a little bit, but at least I got some cardio in!
Pre E Snack: Oatmeal with all natural PB (definitely...uh...diff from Skippy)
B: Half a Bagel, raspberries, Hard Boiled Egg
S: String Cheese and Raw Veggies
L: Salad with Spinach, Flax Seed, bell peppers, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and lite Italian dressing
Watercress and Endive Salad golden raisins, currants, Point Reyes blue cheese tossed in a citrus vinaigrette Sautéed Mahi Mahi saffron orzo and zucchini-basil sauce
Warm Apple Spiced Rum Cake with glazed Granny Smith apples and rum cream sauce

On a side note, I am super bummed cause I gained 2lbs this week even though I was so freaking good it's unbelievable. And I am bloated and my boobs hurt and I hope to god that I'm not pregnant but I have no idea because my period has been psychotic for the past few months and I am at a complete loss as to when to expect it since it keeps jumping around. And I'm starting to freak out, in case you couldn't tell.

{{{{hugs}}}}} - it's probaby just PMS - my boobs hurt every single month. I've stopped freaking out about it. And that gain is probably just bloating. drink some water & don't worry. Next week your loss will be even bigger!

ILoveChoo - it's probably just your period. I always gain about 2-5lbs the week before my period and oh! the boob pain. That's definitely what it sounds like to me. Don't worry!
L: might be going out to console a friend about her non-proposing serious boyfriend (loser!)
D: brocolli & cheese soup & salad & maybe only 1 glass of wine
E: bodypump (free weights) - 1 hour; maybe 20 minutes cardio if i get out of work soon enough. if so, i'll be doing day 2, week 3 of couch to 5k. I did day 1 yesterday and I made it! I couldn't make it on Monday but yesterday I did! Yippee!
l: veggie quesadillas w/salsa - i'll try to skip the sour cream! and a diet coke
d: either salmon or chicken with brown rice and mixed veggies
s: cottage cheese and berries, maybe?
i get super hungry at night and it's hard not to munch - but i figure if what i'm munching is all veggies or fruit, it can't hurt, right? i'm not good at this eating healthy stuff - i want my junk!

L: Turkey on a tortilla w/ hummus, cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper slices, and a piece of cheese, with a few olives on the side.
S: Carrots and hummus
D: Grilled chicken salad, leftover french onion soup. Dessert was two cordial cherries and some amaretto.
E: None today. I've been home sick all day with a raging headache and cold.
asf--I hear ya on being hungry after dinner. After work and after dinner seem to be the hardest time for me. I need to stock up on some healthy snacks.
