Ok with all the stress of the last year I've put on about 13 pds and I'm getting very depressed about it. I want to take off 15 in total. I've started this week changing my diet and working with my trainer 2x per week and then 2x on my own as well. However I feel like I need someone to weigh in with weekly to keep me honest. I don't want to do an organized diet plan because I know I can do it on my own, I have before. So does anyone here want to be my weight buddy. We can IM each other each week on our weight ( I'm too emberraed to put my weight for all to see) and keep each going? Anyone?

I would do this with you, but I am only weighing once a week. I refuse to get on a scale daily at this point because I have entirely too much to lose in the long run & I just think daily would get obsessive for me. So if that's ok, I'm in.

I'll do it! I need to lose at least 10 pounds, but hopefully 20. I'm waaayyy too self-conscious to put my actual weight but I'll do X - 1.2 or something. Will that work? What day shall we check in? Everyday or every other day or once a week or what?

Let's do once a week together, weighing more than that is just trouble since your weight can flucuate so much. Does anyone know if there is a way to do a buddy group on IM or whould we just use our regualr emails so we can send out group emails? This is going to help me alot, thanks alot ladies, I really needed a support group and someone to check in with to make me accountable.

I can for sure send you my email address, but why don't we just do it on here? Like pick a day (say Thursday so we have all week to work off the weekend's excess, if any) and post on here. If someone doesn't want to post their exact weight, just do X. And then the next week we'll do X - 2 (or however much it is) and keep a running total. It could look like this:
Blubirde: 1/12: X 1/19: -1.5 Total loss 1.5 1/26: -1 Total loss 2.5
Of course if y'all want to do an email group, that's totally cool with me too. I'll do either. I'll PM my email address to Collette right now, just in case.
