I'm not sure if they are new to Target or if I've just never seem them. I believe the brand is called Studio Tools (bad memory). They are really nice brushes and priced really well. Just in case anyone needs some new brushes.
I agree about Sonia Kashuk brushes. I thought I was going to be disappointed because such cheap brushes can't be great quality, but they're actually pretty good. My favorite is her Concealer Brush. It's small enough to use right under your eyes, which dark circles are.
i have the full set of sonia kashuk brushes from target. the full size ones and i have the set that fairywings posted. they are amazing. i feel way more comfortable using them and cleaning them than i did my expensive ones from sephora. i paid $150 for a set of full size brushes and i only got a powder brush, a blush brush, 2 eyeshadow brushes, and and eyeliner brush and i was allways scared that i would ruin them and have to pay a ton of money to replace them. the target set i paid about $75 for and i have powder, blush, 5 different eyeshadow brushes, foundation, concealer, multi purpose nylon brush, slanted flat brush, and a pair of really great tweezers.
