Breakfast: Breakfast bread pudding. I got the recipe from Wild Oats website
Snack: grapefruit, orange, banana soup. (it's basically half of a sectioned grapefruit, orange and half of a banana all swimming in their yummy juices)
Lunch: Salad w/crackers
Snack: green tea, crackers and half an apple
Workout tonight: 40 min cardio followed by bodypump weight class

Thanks for asking - I weigh in tonight. I'm scared to death. But I have stayed within my points all week & haven't used some of my flex points, drank water, etc etc. If I don't lose I'm going to be VERY disappointed. I'll let you know tomorrow....well, or tonight if I'm crying again!

okay all you d & e girls - i need some harassment.
i'm going today to join the gym (i haven't had a membership in 10 years!), and i'm also trying to eat healthier. currently, the most exercise i get a day is walking around at work or to go get my lunch, and i eat whatever i want whenever i want. (which is generally a lot of carbs and other assorted junk).
i need you girls to nag me to make sure i post here and to help me stick with it. can you do that?
i'm 5'4", 125-130 lbs, and i want to be healthier. i should probably quit smoking too (i know, i know), but i'm taking this slowly. who wants to be my pain in the ass?

ASF--I'll hold you accountable if you hold me accountable. I need to start eating better/working out and I need someone to hold my feet to the fire if I don't. Want to make some sort of deal?
B: Grape nuts with raisins and Splenda, orange juice
S: Green tea w/ honey
L: Ham sandwich, a Coke, and a big oatmeal and raisin cookie that was not at all good for me.
D: A burrito made w/ ground pork, a little cheese, black beans, and salsa
E: Lunges up and down the hall. 2 sets of 20 situps. I'm going to call it a day on the exercise since I think I'm coming down with a cold.
