I know a lot of you don't post on the weekends, so I will do today. I am determined to lose this last 5 lbs!
B: Cereal
L: Lean Cuisine Panini (pretty tasty!) and soy crisps
S: Orange and cheese
D: Spicy Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti
E: 1 hour with trainer (weights and resistance and abs), 1 hour fencing, 1 hour walk with friends on a trail (more of a social thing, but we walked the whole hour!)
