I need to start posting here. Last month I used being pregnant as an excuse to eat like a sow and I gained a little more than I should have. I know I need to eat more than I used to, but I need to make myself accountable for what I put in my mouth.
B: fruit and yogurt parfait and fruit salad from McDonald's
S: Special K bar and Gatorade
L: chicken ramen
S: Another parfait (I them)
ETA: HERSHEY BAR!! (I have to be 100% honest with myself or keeping track is pointless)
D: Probably Subway. I'm thinking turkey with lettuce tomato and extra, extra pickles.
S: Another fruit and walnut salad (I these too, minus the walnuts)
E: I won't get a chance today because I have to work a really long shift, but I'll walk on my elliptical for longer tomorrow to make up for it.
So far: granola bar - 2pts 6 chicken legs w/out skin - 6 pts (throughout the day, not in one sitting) 1/2 cup FF Horizon milk & 3/4 cup Special k vanilla almond cereal - 3 pts
so I still have 16 points left for today. I plan to make a recipe lsubatgirl posted here last year for crawfish dip that she put on pasta - it sounds so yummy! I did a search on here today & came up with even more recipes, so that's good.
E: about to tackle this eliptical again, but I am sure I can't do it too very long. Maybe i'll try to talk hubby into walking when he gets home instead
