I am looking for a new bronzer. Post your favorites or recommendations. I have light skin with gold undertones and blue eyes.
Seashells - it sounds like we have about the same coloring AND I think we have similar taste in products (I love all the things you listed in your "Favorite Beauty Discoveries of 2005) and I really love this Nars blush/bronzer duo in Orgasm/Laguna, in fact it's one of my favorite beauty discovery of 2005. I also recommend the MAC bronzing powder for "true" bronzer but the Nars is good for a little glowy color.
flknight24- Its like fate, I was going to try the Nars combo! Thanks for your review. I am also going to take a look at the MAC too, since I hear great things. To the mall I go!
I'm pretty fair, but I use a stick bronzer (instead of powder, since my skin is a little dry) from Laura Mercier. It's very natural and blends seemlessly into the skin- has good staying power too!
The single only bronzer I ever found that didn't have disco ball glitter in it was clinque but it's discontinued! I was SO sad. I bought all the ones they had left. Oh, but the bare essentials bronzer thing, warmth, I think it's called is also good.
I'm brown (that sounds funny) but I still like a golden effect that a bronzer gives me.I use Guerlain's Terracotta bronzer and I love it.I get tons of compliments.
My BFF and I both tried the Sephora brand compact powder in No. 5 I think (I can't remember the exact color) based on a rec in Lucky a few years ago. It rocks! I haven't changed since. It has a little shimmer in it and it really creates a nice bronze effect. Plus I use it on my cleavage and on my jaw bone to do a bit of creative makeup-ing. (Okay and on the sides of my nose and under my cheekbones. Geez..)

jen, have all of Clinique's bronzers been discontinued? I was just about to say that my fave was Clinique when I saw your post!! If the one I have has been discontinued (I got it like a year ago) then I will be so sad!!

i am hopelessly addicted to mary kay's glow year round bronzer. it is so amazingly natural and it looks great over a little blush. it gives your face an amazing warmth and glow.
