B: raisin bran Snack: sugar free nonfat latte Lunch: sliced cheddar cheese and crackers, miso soup Dinner: not sure yet
Ex: Week 2 of C25K, weights
Update: Just saw the pics of Nicole Ritchie in entertainment, and immediately consumed chips and chocolate and ice cream for dinner. Yikes. I'm nowhere near looking like that, but I don't ever want to stop being grateful that I'm at a pretty healthy weight and that my attitude about my body is pretty healthy. Therefore, I officially declare this "EATING FOR NICOLE DAY." Everyone, please: indulge in something yummy and feel good about yourself - we can get back on the wagon tomorrow.

D: unsure. I want to stay on the healthy track but I have left over mexican in the fridge. edited to say: I went to Boston market and had roasted turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, cornbread, and some cooked carrots. All of this was of course for nicole.
I don't normally participate in this thread, but I had a giant sub sandwich and a brownie for Nicole! Oh, and I didn't work out. Again, it's all for Nicole.
