After exchanging some techy xmass presents that I couldn't use, I've ended up with an....Ipod video 30gig! In white! I am going to make one of those cute little hoodies for it. So anyways, soon I will be able to help with Ipod problems, and actually make sense while doing it! Hooray!

yeah! I need help with mine, actually its my 10years olds but i do everything for him. i've downloaded music but i need serious help with the videos, movies, tv shows, etc.
