This might be a really boring question, but I was thinking about it. If you could have anyone's career in the world whose would you choose? Politician? Actor? Business person? Author?
I would choose Truman Capote or Woody Allen. Maybe David Sedaris.
Realistically speaking, since Im in grad school: I hope to work for a pharmaceutical company being the pharmacist for clinical trial research on new drugs, and drug development.
But since Ive always been in the pharmacy career pathway, Ive always thought about how if I didn't do this, I would love to work on wallstreet being a trader or investor... I think it would be really exciting..

i would get such a kick out of being a fancypants ceo of some fancypants corporation. id love to be the ball busting female exec in those sexy to die for designer suits. swoon...id love to carry a $5000 leather briefcase to work everyday. either that or a professional surfer.

hmm..these aren't jobs that i could practically do...
yoga instructor in costa rica or somewhere awesome, professional surfer as well =)
someone that goes on those adventure wildlife trips- kind of like on Trippin when Cameron and her guests went across the river upside down on that cord- i'm scared of this stuff in reality, but i would love to be the type to do this stuff, also, working at a whale watching kayaking camp
someone that studies whales/manta rays/sharks and follows them around the world in a boat
supermodel
tour guide author
i think these jobs would maximize my fun- surprisingly- i think supermodel would be the hardest one! the others seem much more chill and out of the spotlight/scrutiny
So many choices! I would love to be a dancer on Broadway, or a very young entrepreneur, or a shoe designer, or be involved with one of those very active environmental organizations. Maybe even more than that, I would also like to not have a permanent job and be one of those (maybe fictitious) people who travel the world as they please and are so charming that they make friends everywhere they go.
author, I want to be a female Deepak Chopra type. second choice is to be an actress, I think Reese Witherspoon is in a good place I could see myself in, with her marriage and kids too.

I forget her first name, Lindsay maybe, Grubman she does pr for lots of famous people and had that show on MTV. I would want her career- not to be her though.
aerin lauder is my role model. i want to be her, but like a downtown version (does that make sense?). she's well known enough in certain circles that she gets cool perks.. good seats at fashion shows, i'm assuming free clothes, and semi-regular write ups in vogue, etc. but not so well known that she gets stalked by the media. yes, i am that shallow.
I would love to be a sports reporter for ESPN...I also always wanted to be a nurse
When I first read this question I couldn't think of a particular person whose job I wanted. Then I read your response and remember I always say I want Pam Oliver's job (Fox NFL reporter). So I guess hers since I say that everytime I see her on tv!!
