S: lf string cheese, probably a chocolate or two... oh well its the holidays!
L: Ham sandwich & butternut squash soup
S: apple, 1/2 luna bar post-workout

i don't know why i bother... i didn't even update yesterday, but trust me, it wasn't pretty!

I figure it’s the holidays - so it can't get much worse than this! I mean people are giving us candy... how can we help it?

Lunch: Out for mexican - chips/salsa and spinach and black bean quesadilla
