STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

After 4 phone calls and 1 e-mail, I finally got a response.  As I wrote in another post, what I liked about the trigger was the leather tassels. Well, they sent me the tabs and no tassels. So the lady at Botkier wants me to cut off the tabs to a $600+ bag and attatch the tassels myself. Ummmmmmmmmm....no. So I'm calling them tomorrow to see about my return, hopefully all goes well!
