on a side note, does anyone else feel like some machines you are able to increase the weight at a fairly steady rate while others you are still lifting the same amount as when you started??
Crystal, how is the silk? I haven't tried it but I'm curious. I am not a big milk fan anyway, so it's not like i'm missing "real" milk or anything.
Well, the Silk I drink is Fat Free and really took some getting used to. I am a big milk fan and used to drink Fat Free milk. Then I started using Silk (I only use milk/Silk in my cereal so the taste isn't that prominent anyways) and regular Silk is just fine. I had no problem with it but then when I tried Fat Free I thought it was nasty. I told myself after I finished the carton I would switch back, but by the time I finished I got used to it so I still use it. One thing I really like about soy milk is how long it lasts. I used to always have to throw out milk because I would never use it all in time. I use it for cooking and haven't had any problems there either.

i agree, i love my light silk soy milk. it took just a little while to get used to it but i made sure to use it w/cereal and i didn't taste the difference that way. now thats all i will drink
