Oh, how I love Nordstrom!  Let me count the ways!


To back up a little bit, I ordered a pair of Seychelles wedges from Nordies and got them in early November.  I wore them a few times, but they were just big enough that my heels kept sliding out of them.  I tried stuffing tissues in the toes and I wore trouser socks to no avail.


So, I took the shoes in on Friday afternoon to see if I could return them.  I've worn them a few times, but the shoes still look good.  Definitely can be resold.  The soles had a little bit of dirt on them, but other than that, still in excellent condition.  No problem.  Nordstrom took them back, no questions asked.  They didn't have the same pair in stock at the store, so the Sales Manager ordered them online for me and they were at my door yesterday.  Monday.  I'm amazed!  So fast!


Anyway, I love Nordies.  Great customer service.  Great return policy.  Great shipping.  Just thought I'd share.

yes, I Nordstroms! i've had to return shoes after wearing them a few times and im not embarrassed to to it with them cause they ask no questions and wont look at you funny. Love them!

ditto!  i just took back a pair of Michael by Michael Kors shoes I wore 3 times and were horribly uncomfortable.  no questions asked!
