I don't get it. I mean, I get it on a runway appeal level, but do people really want to buy things like this? Where exactly would you wear a suit that makes you look like a little boy playing dress up in his father's clothes? The third photo just reminds me of a nun on casual Friday. Most of the items are pretty pricey for H&M too.
I like some of it. I think the photos are "overinterpreted" but some of the pieces in smaller doses would work. I love the 4th and 5th photos and the red drapey dress is really cool but you're right, it isn't the kind of thing you could wear on too many occasions.
I could see a blogger working the last skirt with a fitted top, but I just couldn't picture somebody actually wearing it out in their normal life (I do like those boots, but then again, I've seen versions of those boot many places.) When I think of H&M, I think of affordable business wear and trendy, yet still wearable weekend pieces. And they aren't exactly known for their consistent quality. There's no way I'd pay the kind of money they're charging for such eclectic pieces. And I'm pretty sure that with a safety pin or two I could make that white coat out of our guest comforter.
