Randall proved not to be a team player but not agreeing to let Trump hire Rebecca if she is outstanding as Trump even said then he would want the most outstanding people working with him as part of the same company. Randall showed he has no concern for the Trump organization by doing that also he plugged his own business - umm hello you are on an interview for another company!
We just caught up with our Tivo'd shows tonight...I can't believe what jerk Randall was to Rebecca. I fully agree with NCshopper that he's a total ass. But I also thought that Trump was stupid to let Randall make that decision. If I were Trump I would've told Randal he was wrong and hired Rebecca anyway. I think she has more class and professionalism (and at only 23!) than anyone they've had on the show thus far. And then to get screwed like that! I'm pissed on her behalf.

My respect for Randal plummeted after he told Trump he shouldn't hire Rebecca because the show was "The Apprentice" not "The Apprenti." I mean, COME ON! He had nothing to lose by telling Trump to hire her. That was a pure ego move on his part and it made me really dislike him. What an ass.
Oh me, too!! Typical man. Can't share the spotlight with a woman. I was so mad at him. And for the first time all season, you could tell that Rebecca was mad, too.
I think that it was kind of dumb of Donald Trump to ask Randall at all, he's the boss, so why would he ask Randall? But also, I can kind of understand where Randall was coming from, I mean, he did work hard throughout the entire competition and he deserved to win, according to the Trump, right? He didn't work hard the whole time to share the honor of being named the Apprentice. I think if it was Rebecca, she would have done the same thing. That's not to say that he could've handled it better, and I hope that Donal does hire her because she deserves it too, but I can understand why Randall just wanted to be the Apprentice on his own, and that Rebecca would've done the same thing. It is a competition after all.
