September Shopping!
Permalink Closed

Hi I am Ico and since I haven't had time to buy anything for myself since June, please let me start the September Shopping thread!  biggrin <----- happy Ico

I bought two pairs of shoes from Geox. Don't know how much I'll use the first pair this year, since summer seems to be ending soon, but I am hoping to use the second pair a lot for fall.

Good deal on the Kate Spade shoes. Marshall's had a number of Kate Spade pieces in their clothing area. Also, they had Frye boots (not good styles though).

I got two things today.

A long, black cardigan from Splendid (I love that brand)

And this sweater by Kenar. Thought it would be good for London.

A pair of oxblood skinny jeans. I think I'll get a lot of use out of them this Fall & Winter.  Of course they aren't cropped on me and are more burgundy color IRL.

I wanted to share a little shopping that someone else did.  The wonderful KaffeeKlatsch & her best guy J-Bug sent e a great birthday present.  They were made by our own IAPT for her etsy shop.  I've been wearing my hair in ponytails a lot lately so I love the hair bands and the bracelet is just so cute and perfect for Fall.  Thank you!!!!

Great information post I give you some more information that people are now getting more and more cost conscious because of rising prices and therefore they are attracted to online shopping. Online Shopping gives the people opportunity to shop for variety of fashion products like clothes, shoes, bags with online product deals, online coupons while sitting at home and save time and cost.

I am reining in spending but I bought a couple of three-dollar tees and tanks at Target this week and a snake-print top at a thrift store last week. Next I have to buy about five thousand dollars in dentistry, and spend a grand or so on repairs for the rental house my brother and I inherited from our dead dad. Whee.

While on a girls weekend last week, I realized that the shoes I thought I was going to take with me for my Boston trip hurt like hell after a day's wear.  I bought a replacement pair at DSW Sunday only to find out that Satan himself must have made them because I was in pain all day Monday.  Sigh.  I just ordered these and while I'm not in love with them, I fly out on Monday and am sort of desperate for a decent walking show now.

They're not that bad, right?

Loehmann's in Niles, IL.  They have them on the website too (link below.)  They have a lot of stretch in them, but feel more substanial than say FF21 jeans.  The brand is Velvet Heart (which I've never heard of) and they're $39.99.

I bought a pair of trouser jeans from Banana Republic to replace my current pair which are just a few washings away from having a hole... I've been trying so hard not to shop and to pay off my credit card instead (and I've been doing great!) but as soon as fall is in the air, I have a hard time not shopping. Gotta stay strong!

Got a rain jacket / anorak for London in black. It was 40 bucks at JCPenney. I haven't been in a JCPenney in ages! LOL!
