Those look like Doc Martins to me.

THere are a ton of styles on the big shoe sites like Endless.com and Zappos.

Here are a few. You can look through a bunch and see which ones have the materials, sole, and look you want.

I just went to Endless, searched combat, and filtered by Women's shoes.
