It just occured to me some of us may be sorority sisters here and we don't even know it! Were you in a sorority while you were in college? If so, which one?
I was an Alpha Chi Omega. Tara, I wasn't a good sorority girl either.
One of my sisters is a Phi Mu and the other was an Alpha Sigma Tau. My aunts were an Alpha Delta Pi and Tri Delt (my mom was too cool to go Greek). My grandmother was a Kappa Delta. And my cousin was also an Alpha Chi Omega.
I wasn't in one -- it wasn't really my scene. But at my school, which was pretty big, all the greeks looked, dressed, and acted the same (we called them Jeffs and Megans, b/c they all seemed to be named that), and they were all about partying. I think I might have enjoyed being in one at a smaller school.
Oh, and I also worked for the campus paper, which the frats and sororities hated. They called us Gamma Delta Iotas (aka G_d Damn Independents).

I'm not in one. My school doesn't have them. I really don't think I would've joined anyway. I'm way too awkward to be a sorority girl. And I don't think I would like the rules.
my school didn't have frats/sororities, so i wasn't in one. i probably wouldn't have joined one anyway, just not my personality i guess. my sister was just initiated into her sorority. she's in kappa something... she just calls it kappa for short. i'm not sure which one that is...? geez, i would have been the worst sorority girl ever...
