what is something that you do a lot that people associate with you. for me:
*i tend to wear my hair in braids semi often, or messy- it rarely looks done
*i wear navy eyeliner almost exclusively or no eyemakeup- not even mascara, unless i remember- which is rarely
*i almost always have simple pearl studs in my ears, but i also have a rook, tragus, and two other cartiladge piercings- if i change my earrings, they stay in for weeks
*my left hand always has the same exact jewelry- 9 year old $60 fossil watch (never take it off!), and three silver rings that look like they could come from that silver stand in a mall- ring finger is a pegasus, middle finger is silver celtic sorta design with lavender stone, and because its too big- there is a claddagh ring on top to keep of the other ring to keep it on. i always have these on, even when i'm wearing gold jewelry, or nice jewelry, or things that don't go. i don't know why i don't change it- i don't think i've gone a whole day without this jewelry on in five years. i guess i'm just so used to it
in college since i worked at bcbg i was ridiculous. my mom always told me that i'm not 30 yet cuz i dressed so "mature" and "nice" for a college student. i would seriously dress in my "uniform" to my 8 am nursing classes two days a week. i guess she associated college students with ripped jeans, hoodies, and sneakers. my uniform was:
really cool high heels or high heel boots (obviously from my threads i'm a shoe person)
jeans
chiffon or silk top (often times printed)
blazer if it was cooler
and long dangly earrings (i wasn't a necklace, bracelet, belt person)
now that i don't drive as much, walk a ton, and work nights my daytime uniform is:
jeans
hoodie (cute ones though )
comfy shoes if i'm doing a lot of walking
and a much broader range of jewelry, belts, etc...
i think my friends now associate me with my handbags and shoes. i am working on them associating me with nice jewelry because that is what i feel is most lacking in my closet.

black clothing. i wear this color ALL the time... so does everyone in my company! but i have branched out this year by adding some browns and camels into my wardrobe.
high heels. people rarely see me in flats
my tiffany ring. my parents got it for me for college graduation and i always wear it.
Heels, heels, heels. People are often stunned (not just slightly amazed, but slack-jaw stunned) when they realize I'm 5'5" tall. Usually I have to prove this by removing one shoe and standing flat-footed, and that's when the jaw drops. I am typically in 3-3.5" heels unless they would be totally out of place at an event. And like ILoveChoo, people have started to specifically look at what shoes I'm wearing, which occasionally makes me feel pressured to get new, fantastic shoes so I don't disappoint them. My husband is obviously NOT behind this plan...
Also jewelry, of course - it's what I do for a living, so every time I/we go somewhere, I get asked, "Did you make that?". So 90% of the time I am wearing my own pieces. I do love other jewelry though, so I try to rotate the jewelry that isn't my own and mix it in with mine.
And, according to my husband, his darts team considers me the "sexy" wife...I didn't ask what titles the other wives got (men are idiots sometimes). I am not sure how the team arrived at that conclusion, except for the wearing heels obsession, as mentioned above, and possibly the fact that the rest of the wives dress really, really conservatively (like tees and khakis ALL THE TIME). However idiotic their reasoning, I took it as a compliment, because I don't often *feel* sexy.
Edited to indicate that I am slightly taller than 5" *s*

I think my signiture look is very simple. I like clothes that are comfy and cute, but most of all they can't be complicated. I think my overall look is classic and put-together. I love jewelry, but all of my jewelery is the kind that I can pretty much wear for days on end without taking it off. I don't do a whole lot of clothes that have a lot of ornamentation. I think my legs look weird in flats, so I'm in heels most of the time, except if I'm doing yard work or going to Home Depot.
My signiture look used to have a lot more red, and I'm trying to buy more red lately. It's the color that looks the best on me and I feel the happiest when I wear it. So, you'll probably be seeing more red from me in thread style.
I think my style is polished, bombshell (thanks for the reminder bumblebee ).
-I always have makeup on. Always. I feel like a corpse without a little blush, lipstick, and mascara.
-I like to dress sexy, but in a coy manner versus overt. If I'm wearing a long pants, I'll wear something so show cleavage. Or even if I'm all covered up in jeans and a turtleneck, I like to wear something form fitting to show off my shape.
-I love color. All shades. Right now I'm obsessed with emerald green, but I also love red, magenta, and turquoise.
-My jewelry is NEVER understated. That being said, the majority of it is costume. I love big drag queen chandelier earrings for night. For day, I love big, chunky, organic things from Turq Jewelry or similar designs.
-I always have on perfume.
-I have a lot of handbags so am often changing them. But if I feel not too pulled together, I make sure to carry a high end designer bag and I instantly feel more chic.
-I love big, plastic Jackie-O style shades. I have fancy ones from Chanel, Fendi, and Versace but one of my very favorite pairs ever are these from Target.
-I used to not like jeans, but then I came to law school. I wear them all the time and love how you can dress them up so easily.
-I wear heels a lot. Which is kinda silly because with 3 inch heels I'm about 6'2". But living in Florida makes flipflops/flats/sandals appealing year round so lately I've spent a lot of money on shoes with lower heels.
Count me as a stunned one. I definitely thought you were like 5'9" or so.
Heh. It's weird, isn't it? B often says I project as taller somehow...he used to tell me I had an imposing presence, but I think (hope!) that's not true.
I think I'd like to be 5'7" in real life, which is part of why I wear heels a lot (other than my unbridled love for shoes). I usually feel stumpy and dumpy when I am in flats, and somehow thinner and sleeker in heels, even a 1" or so heel makes me feel much better.

I have tons of pink clothes too - I love pink, and it's definitely my signature!
Makeup:
I my absolute favorite model is Maggie Rizer, and I have an obsession with her rosy cheeks. So I'm never without blush. If I don't wear any, I always get the "you look tired" comment.
Jewely:
I never wear earrings - I used to every day, and then I just stopped.
Heels, heels, heels. People are often stunned (not just slightly amazed, but slack-jaw stunned) when they realize I'm 5'5" tall. Usually I have to prove this by removing one shoe and standing flat-footed, and that's when the jaw drops. I am typically in 3-3.5" heels unless they would be totally out of place at an event.
ditto to this as well! even my BF sometimes shakes his head when i am barefoot at home and says "wow, you really are short!"
- i am 5'3'' sans heels! i usually wear 3-4" heels daily... i figured if God didn't make me 5'7 at least i can make myself that way with a great pair of shoes!
Skirts...I consider my calves (huge though they may be) to be one of the better parts of my figure and I have no problem showing them off.
High Heels. Nature got me to 5" 2.5" when I was like 13 and kinda has left me there ever since. But I can always be taller with heels. I rmemeber that when I was in college, one of my roommates sophomore year didn't even realize that I wasn't even 5' 3"...she was always say "you're not short" and then I'd have to take off my shoes to prove my point.
Black eyeliner. I think I've finally found the perfect one in the Stila Smudge pot.
I'll try ANYTHING once, though, so my look changes all the time.
Well my "true" signature look is pink, then with green accents. Pink is my number 1 all time favorite color.
Preppy: I am usually in a polo, cable knit sweater, or in the summer a dress in eyelet or seersucker. I like to make it polished though, add some style to it, rather than casual. I try not to be head to toe preppy, I try to be more classic and to me that is the true definition of preppy.
I love skirts and dresses and usually opt for those over jeans or pants.
My hair- I have very long and thick, thick wavy hair. I usually wear it up in a messy bun because it takes forever to do, so whenever it is down people always comment.
LV bags, I always carry one.
Shoes- either flip flops or pointy toe flats, to strappy heels. These are the only shoes for me.
My watch- Patek Phillipe "24" watch in stainless steel, I have had it for 5 years and people always comment.
Chunky gemstone jewelry, I also am addicted to the "turq" styles.
Bows- I usually have some bow somewhere on me....grosgrain ribbon too!
Earrings- Diamond studs, Pearl studs, or med. sized hoops.
Pink nails- I always use Essie Ballet Slippers and something like Fiji on my toes.
