I gained some weight after losing my baby weight last year and one of the advantages, if any, was a nice round bootay! Anyway, I'm serious about losing the extra flab in my tummy & thighs and all over my bod . . . (vanity setting in). . . but I don't want to lose the shape of my butt Is there any way to avoid this or is that just a sacrifice I may just have to take?
There is no such thing as spot reduction. Doing cardio and lifting weights will help you lose weight. Doing squats and lunges and step-ups will keep that booty round!
