I don't take a fiber supplement but I add fiber one (or some such fiber rich cereal) to my normal, everyday cereal (multi-grain cheerios) and get a lot of fiber that way.
I take a metamucil fiber pills everyday...I take 4 per day...two in morning and two at night...my doctor recommended them to help digestion and keep me regular...
My trainer told me my diet lacks fiber so I've been making an effort to add more in my everyday diet. BUT I also bought these and they're not too terrible. They're kinda like tums... but not that good.
I too use Fiber One...I add it in with my other cereal or I mix it with yogurt. By itself, it doesn't taste too great, but tastes fine when mixed with other stuff. I would recommend this.
I eat oatmeal everyday for breakfast too. Maybe try eating whole grain bread vs. white bread, or as a snack mix in some Kashi Good Friends cereal or high fiber cereal with yogurt.
My trainer (who is a pro body builder) suggested Kashi Go Lean (which is also great in some yogurt), Oatmeal, granny smith apples and peaches because they are all loaded with fiber. I eat at least 2 out of the list every day and I am quite "regular".
