I am addicted to the nutritional calculator.   I can't have sugar-free stuff (allergy - gives me a headache) so I always cut down the amount of syrup and eliminate whip. I've found that 1.5 pumps is perfect for a tall and 2.5 pumps is perfect for a grande. Each pump has 20 calories. Just thought I'd share!

h the calories are unbelievable!!! Especially when you get into the Venti frappuccinos! We're talking 700-1000 calorie range there.

Holy cow! That's like nearly a day's worth of calories...depending on what else you eat. Insane!

My Starbucks gets upset if you say "skinny" instead of "non-fat", Brazen. Maybe Canada has cranky Starbuckers. "Skinny" is acceptable at the Second Cup where I get a large skinny Vanilla BeanLatte.

I can't go to starbucks all the time anymore since there is only one close to where I live, and I can't go there since my crazy ex bf works there now!
Sorry I'm a little bitter.
I used to order a Grande mocha.Yum! Mocha's are my all time favorite kinda coffee!
