I actually go to a local coffee place, but I get the same thing at ANY coffee shop:  Grande skim latte, no foam

I like to try everything, but I have a couple of favorites



  • grande peppermint white chocolate mocha w/whip and double sprinkles (after having this I feel guilty because I'll die of sugar shock but oh well.)

  • grande caramel Frappucino light

I miss Chocolate Brownie Frappucinos too...those Java Chips are NOT THE SAME!

right now i get: Grande Non-Fat Peppermint Mocha no whip


in the fall: Grande Non-Fat Pumpkin Spice Late no whip


All the time: Grande Non-Fat Caramel Macchiatto


in the summer: Grande Non-Fat Caramel Frappacuino no whip!


can you tell my favorite words at Starbucks are: Grande Non-Fat No Whip???  i gotta cut down those drinks from 500 calories to 50 somehow!

Currently: Grande Nonfat No-whip Peppermint Mocha Latte


Depending on my mood, I rotate around various flavored lattes or fraps...always nonfat and no-whip.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so I'll usually just get a grande caramel frappacino with whipped cream. However, I've recently discovered Peppermint mochas and I am now addicted to them. I like a grande peppermint mocha with whipped cream.

I don't like Starbucks coffee, but my drink of choice at other places is double tall soy latte (sometimes with hazelnut) in winter or a double tall non fat iced mocha in summer.

Grande decaf drip...no room. I like my coffee to taste like coffee, but not have the caffeine, sugar, or calories!

this is so sad...the only thing i really want for christmas is starbucks gift cards.


i generally get in summer a venti iced tea, black. in winter peppermint tea if im feeling cheap or a hot caramel apple cider, or the hot chai. i don't generally get plain coffee.


i also have a weakness for thier baked goods. the pumpkin creamcheese muffin is really good. so is the blackbottom cupcake/muffin. and the toffee almond bar.


gotta wonder why i can't lose any weight yet im going to the gym all the freaking time???

Oh the calories are unbelievable!!!  Especially when you get into the Venti frappuccinos!  We're talking 700-1000 calorie range there.  Ugggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!

OMG the pink coffee is awesome! When I was still in school pulling all-nighters, my study break cocktail was a Venti White Chocolate Mocha w/extra whip and raspberry syrup...LOVE!

Strawberry frappucinos and Tiazzis (I have NO idea how to spell that) in the summer. There isn't a Starbucks here so I hardly ever go, plus it's so expensive, but I love myself a frap.

Ok, usually : Venti Caramel Frap for me, Tall Vanilla Frap or Strawberry Frap for my son


Wintertime sometimes calls for the Caramel Macchiato.

Mine too!  And I started trying to get the mocha frap, because it bugged me that it cost extra for those little pieces of brownie, but they made it so much better!


I discovered my heaven a couple of weeks ago, and it is the Peppermint Mocha Frappucino.  I get a tall when what I really want is a grande or venti .
